A neighborhood comprising 12,000 residential units is planned to be established in the heart of Herzliya, adjacent to Reichman University.
The plan is being advanced by the National Council as a Preferred Housing Complex under the National Outline Plans TAMA L 3006 and TAMA L 1083. The plan covers an area of approximately 2,160 dunams.
The project is located in North Herzliya and East Kfar Shmaryahu, bordered by HaBrigada HaYehudit Street/Menachem Begin Road to the south, and Highway 531 to the north.
The land is not yet zoned for immediate construction; this is the time to invest.
The company recently acquired 27 dunams, including some fully owned plots, planned for 400 residential units.
